Sun Protection FAQ’s

Will I still tan while using Immunotrax SP?2017-07-14T10:25:53-05:00

The short answer is YES.

The “tan” is a response to sun damage occurring on your skin. Immunotrax SP protects your skin by helping it resist sun damage, and delaying the amount of time it takes to get a tan, but depending on how long you’re exposed to UV rays, you can still get a tan.

Anti-Aging?2020-07-29T10:26:32-05:00

In a study published in the medical journal Clinical, Cosmetic And Investigational Dermatology, researchers calculated that Sun damage is responsible for 80.3% of skin aging?

Creams, rollers, fillers, etc have one thing in common, they all attempt to bring back youthful skin once it’s gone. Immunotrax Sun Protection not only limits further sun damage to your skin, but it also promotes collagen production to help you roll back years.

Many people still incorrectly measure “sun damage” in the form of sunburn, when the reality is that UV radiation, which is neither seen nor felt, is around us all the time. The repeated exposure to UV radiation breaks down collagen and can impair the synthesis of new collagen, which is the supportive protein that keeps our skin elasticity and strength.

If you’ve had a facial, laser treatment or a chemical peel, we highly recommend you use Immunotrax to protect your skin when it’s at its most sensitive and when the application of topical creams may be uncomfortable.

Should I continue to apply Sunblock?2020-07-29T10:16:31-05:00

While Immunotrax significantly delays the amount of time it takes for skin to become sunburned, it won’t fully prevent it, especially if exposed to the sun for long periods of time.

Equally, cumulative periods of UV radiation exposure are still harmful, even when using Immunotrax Sun Protection formula. For complete protection when exposed to the sun for a significant amount of time (i.e. beach day), it is still recommended the use of a topical sunblock along with Immunotrax SP.

Psoriasis Relief FAQ’s

What is UVB phototherapy?2017-07-24T17:28:02-05:00

Phototherapy is the treatment with ultraviolet (UV) radiation with the purpose of inducing immune suppression and stimulating cytokines.

Options include:

  • Whole-body or localized broadband or narrowband UVB.
  • Excimer laser UVB targeted for small areas affected.
  • Oral, or topical photo-chemotherapy (PUVA)

Treatment is usually given twice weekly for a trial period of 3–4 months. If positive results are observed, treatment is continued until desired results are achieved or for a maximum of 1–2 years.

Phototherapy is not suitable for very fair skinned people and it is important to avoid burning the skin, as this could cause the condition to get worse.

How long do I need to take Immunotrax Psoriasis Relief to see results?2017-07-14T10:12:23-05:00

Currently, most Psoriasis treatments take over 12 weeks to show results and some come with severe side effects.

The Immunotrax PR formula works primarily to regulate the immune system back to a healthy state (not suppress it) and stop the auto-aggression that triggers Psoriasis and Eczema symptoms.

How soon this happens depends on many factors.

On average our customers begin to see results within 2 months – that is not to say we are guaranteeing results by 2 months time, or that you should be discouraged if after two months you have not achieved the results someone else had in 3 weeks.

Everyone’s body reacts differently, different metabolism, different absorption levels of the products, different levels of stress, even the severity of the condition plays a part on how soon you’ll begin to see the benefits.

Should I continue to use after desired results are achieved?2017-07-14T10:22:40-05:00

We encourage the continued use as a preventive measure. With that said, once desired results are achieved, we recommend using for an additional month before discontinuing use.

It is important to mention that, the antioxidants in Immunotrax also offer numerous other health benefits such as:

  • Prevents macular degeneration (a leading cause of vision loss).
  • Reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s.
  • Reduces the risk of type II Diabetes.
  • Protects DNA from free radicals.
  • Lowers the risk of heart disease.

Repigmentation can happen in a few different ways.

Uniform/Progressive: Where repigmentation starts on one end and progressively moves across the affected area.
Concentric: Where it begins around the edges of the area affected and moves inward.
Follicular:  Repigmentation which begins in the hair follicles as dots and gradually expand to cover the affected area.

Why a pill and not a cream?2017-07-14T10:03:16-05:00

Vitiligo happens because skin cells called melanocytes are being attacked by the immune system. Once damaged, they’re unable to produce melanin, the pigment that gives color to our skin, hair, and eyes.

These melanocytes cells are located in the bottom layer (stratum basale) of the epidermis – where the effectiveness of creams is limited.

Immunotrax Pigment Protection approach is systemic, covers your whole body and works to tackle the problem where it originates.

How long do I need to take Immunotrax Pigment Protection to see color coming back to my skin?2017-07-14T10:29:21-05:00

Re-pigmentation of the skin affected by Vitiligo is possible, though it depends on the severity of the damage sustained by the melanocytes.

The melanocytes are the cells that produce the pigment that gives your skin its natural color. If these cells have been damaged beyond repair, unfortunately in those areas, regaining natural color is no longer possible.

Those cells that didn’t sustain catastrophic damage, will begin to produce melanin once again after they heal.

How long this process takes depends on various factors – individual metabolic rate, absorption levels of the product, sun exposure, length and severity of the condition prior to taking Immunotrax Pigment Protection.

On average, customers report that the condition halts within 3 to 5 weeks and re-pigmentation is observed after 8 weeks.

How can it help me with re-pigmentation?2017-07-14T10:18:51-05:00

Immunotrax PP works by protecting the melanocytes in your skin, preventing the damage and destruction of these cells that produce melanin, the pigment responsible for your skin color. Once the melanocytes are no longer being attacked, the cells are able to heal and resume producing melanin and allowing your skin to regain its natural color.

It is worth mentioning that Vitiligo may damage some melanocytes beyond repair, making it possible to halt discoloration, but no longer possible to regain pigmentation.
